2. Expected Behavior

• Respect and Courtesy:
  • Treat all guests, crew members, and fellow participants with respect and kindness.
  • Engage in polite and friendly interactions, fostering a positive atmosphere on board.
• Compliance with Instructions:
  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Capt. Blake and the crew.
  • Adhere to all operational protocols to ensure the safety and efficiency of our fishing trips.

3. Safety Compliance

• Follow Safety Protocols:
  • Obey all safety signs and instructions.
  • Use safety equipment properly and report any malfunctions or issues immediately.
• No Unauthorized Equipment:
  • Do not bring or use any unauthorized equipment or substances that could compromise safety.

4. Respect for the Environment

• Sustainable Fishing Practices:
  • Follow all local fishing regulations and guidelines to promote sustainable fishing.
  • Practice catch and release where applicable to preserve marine life and ecosystems.
• Waste Management:
  • Dispose of all waste properly and use designated containers for trash and recyclables.
  • Avoid littering and ensure that the marine environment remains clean and protected.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal Activities:
  • Engaging in any illegal activities, including the use of illegal fishing gear or fishing in prohibited areas, is strictly forbidden.
• Substance Abuse:
  • The consumption of alcohol is only permitted if it does not impair your ability to participate safely.
  • The use of illegal drugs or any substances that could impair judgment and safety is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment and Discrimination:
  • Harassing, discriminatory, or offensive behavior towards others will not be tolerated.
  • Any form of bullying, intimidation, or inappropriate language is grounds for removal from the trip without a refund.

6. Consequences of Misconduct

• Immediate Removal:
  • Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be removed from the fishing charter immediately without a refund.
• No Refund Policy:
  • No refunds will be issued for trips where the guest has been removed due to misconduct.
• Legal Action:
  • Severe violations may result in legal action and reporting to appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

• Confidential Reporting:
  • If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to Capt. Blake or any crew member immediately.
• No Retaliation:
  • We ensure that all reports are handled confidentially and that there is no retaliation against those who report violations in good faith.
