• Reservations:

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
  • A minimum notice period of 2 days is required for all bookings to ensure availability.

• Payment:

  • Deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods.
  • A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.

• Confirmation:

  • Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with trip details.
  • Please review all information in the confirmation email and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24hrs before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the trip are not eligible for a refund.

• Company Cancellations:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), Key West Charter Fishing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips. Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided accordingly.

4. Responsibilities

• Customer Obligations:

  • Customers must comply with all safety instructions provided by Capt. Blake and follow all local fishing regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary fishing licenses as required by local laws.

• Key West Charter Fishing Obligations:

  • We are committed to providing safe, enjoyable, and environmentally responsible fishing experiences.
  • We ensure that our equipment is well-maintained and that our vessel meets all safety standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Key West Charter Fishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Key West, FL.
