At Key West Charter Fishing, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our fishing charters. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24hrs before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
No Refund: If cancelled less than 24hrs before start of trip.
How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at contact@flyfishkw.com or call us at +1 (305) 767-9828. Include your booking reference number and the details of your trip in your cancellation request.
Key West Charter Fishing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips under the following circumstances:
Unforeseen Circumstances: Events such as severe weather, mechanical issues with the vessel, or other emergencies that make the trip unsafe or impossible.
Non-Compliance: If a passenger fails to comply with safety instructions or violates the Code of Conduct, Key West Charter Fishing may cancel the trip for that individual without a refund.
Rescheduling: In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, we will offer the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost or provide a full refund of the 20% deposit. ( *if rescheduled, the deposit is carried over to the rescheduled trip )
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers administrative costs and ensures your reservation is held for the scheduled trip date.
Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.
Fees: No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling if done at least 24hrs before the original trip date. (* deposit will be rolled into rescheduled trip)
Key West Charter Fishing is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
